碩士 / 南台科技大學 / 工業管理研究所 / 94 / Recently, reverse logistic becomes one of the important issues for all business. Through reverse logistic mechanism, the used products can be recycled from customers to manufacturer and transformed into the raw materials by certain proper inspection and process. These processes not only establish a better solution for the recovery goods, but also reduce the purchasing cost of raw materials. However, it also impacts the traditional production system such as logistic management and inventory control policy.
In this article, an inventory management system with reverse logistic was proposed, and then an inventory cost model was formed. In order to find the inventory policy quickly, we applied immune algorithms to solve these problems. Based on the memory characteristic, immune algorithms go over in solution history and distinguish the best memory in storehouse when facing a new problem. We also proposed some modifications within these processes to improve the performance.
The experimental results showed the proposed model with the immune algorithms can solve reverse logistic inventory policy in a quicker and easier manner. It also provided a more realistic model to managers.
