碩士 / 大仁科技大學 / 休閒健康管理研究所 / 94 / The purpose of this study was to investigate the variance and relationship among visitors’ leisure motivation, experience, and satisfaction at Lover Wharf, Kaoshiung County. A total of 326 respondents were collected from Lover Wharf ‘s tourists and analyzed via descriptive statistics, factor statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson correlation methods. The results of this study were:
1. The majority of respondents were ”female” and “unmarried”. The age of “21 to 30”,
“Junior college”, and “Tainan County/City residence” possessed the highest
proportion in this study.
2. The frequency of visiting reported “seldom”, and staying “less than one or two
hours”. “Vehicle” was the most frequent used transportation tool. The largest tourists
came on “weekend or holidays” with their “classmates or friends”.
3. The main reason for attracting visitors was “sunset” and “experiencing” of wharf.
Respondents revealed high satisfaction toward available “parking space”.
4. There were significant differences among respondents’ educational backgrounds in
terms of leisure motivation and experience. In addition, significant differences were
found among participants’ vocation and monthly income toward their satisfaction
degree.
5. Positive correlation relationships existed between leisure motivation and leisure
experience, and the relationship of leisure experience and satisfaction as well.
