A Feasibility Study on the Co-construction of Sewerage and Common Ducts Systems in Taiwan / 台灣地區污水下水道與共同管道共構可行性研究

碩士 / 國立臺北科技大學 / 土木與防災研究所 / 94 / The underground pipeline authorities in Taiwan are multitudinous. Highly excavating frequency of pipeline renovating and maintaining have caused traffic jam, noise pollution, disaster occurring, public complaining and the questions constantly, etc. Therefore, the government has promoted the “Common Duct” construction and established relative laws. To solve problems of multitudinous unit and pipeline by intensive management to improve urban water environment effectively. Currently, the government pushing setup the “Sewerage System” into the “New Top Ten constructions” expect that leads the sewerage correlation industry, then promotion economy development, promotion country competitiveness.
However, time-consuming and long-term are characteristics of large-scale of public constructions, also needs huge construction funds. Nevertheless, the government is pushing setup the Common Duct and Sewerage System positively. If can take the Common Duct and intensive management advantages then unifies both the characteristics and construct them together, might reduce the project funds and decrease the social cost . Then bring Common Duct and Sewage System prevents functions into full play, will receive the effect of kills several birds with one stone. Thus, this study by the literature collection and the case analyze methods, understood the domestic and foreign Common Duct and Sewerage System construction present situation and questions. Through discuss domestic Common Duct and Sewerage System to get the feasibility and the serviceability. Proposing Co-Construction future direction and suggestions to expect the results are able to be took following research and referenced by correlation controlling organization. That can accelerate and push the Taiwan area pipeline and cause the overall pipeline development to be mature and popular.
