碩士 / 大同大學 / 資訊經營學系(所) / 94 / This thesis had taken certain domestic subsidiaries of financial holding corporations that deal with stocks business in Hong Kong as a research target. Such research was directed towards the entire process of a new set of information system. This thesis aside from comparing in detail, the advantages and disadvantages of different installation methods, it further emphasized the important aspects to be considered in evaluating such systems operating in overseas bases. One of which is the consideration of the local country’s environment, legislation and culture to determine the type of evaluation procedures to be used.
