Model of developed and analyze of transportation and inventory cost in distribution system / 配銷系統之運輸與存貨成本之模式建構與分析

碩士 / 國立雲林科技大學 / 工業工程與管理研究所碩士班 / 94 / This research dedicates on the p-median problem of facility location in which includes the evaluation of setup, transportation, inventory and distribution costs. We compare and analyze the different dispersion of demand points and transportation modes with product value, variation of demand, demand volume in order to achieve the minimal total cost of distribution system.
Since the topic of this research belongs to NP-hard problem, the exact algorithms will not be applied in this research. The initial solution in first stage is conducted by shortest path method, and genetic algorithms are applied to improve initial solution in order to achieve near-optimal one.
The result of the experiments show high value products of distribution system which variation of demand and demand volume change exert a largest influence on the quantity of distribution and total cost. It can use to fast transportation way to reduce the stock cost. As low value products of distrubtion system which demand volume changes the quantity of distribution to reduce the stock cost or transportation cost. Example: low value products, variation of demand and demand volume is small such as food circulation industry. When high value of products ,variation of demand and demand volume is large such as electronics circulation industry.
