碩士 / 國立中正大學 / 資訊管理所 / 95 / The arm forces of R.O.C. are carrying out the organizational downsizing actively, and the budget of the national defense is reduced year by year as well. However the storage management of the logistic & supply process still consumes a large number of manpower and man-hour of the air force at present, and the situation of over-stocking and over-depositing quantity and the material hoard staid in the storehouse is too serious to meet the requirement of future war which needs quick and accurate supply. Considering reducing the logistic supply and the manpower cost, we have to examine the existed operation procedure and hope to make air force units to be supported by every logistic supplies in the right time to complete their bombat missions.
The newly developed information technology called the wireless radio frequency identification system (RFID) in recent years that has been commented as one of ten most important information technology in this century, and the American national defense department used RFID technology to set up a visual logistic network system in the second gulf war in 2003 in order to reach the faster, more perfect and more transparent military transporting and mending, and obtains greater benefit and saves a large amount of logistic supply cost.
The main purpose of this research is through the view of analyzing the exited procedure of the logistic & supply of air force to find the defects in the storage management, and analyses the current operation procedure by molding tools, channel RFID system into the logistic information management system of the air force, and estimate the benefit of the operation procedure is improved after channeling into RFID. Finally, in order to offer the arm forces to channel into RFID and use it as a reference for developing the future inventory management procedure.
