碩士 / 逢甲大學 / 國際貿易所 / 95 / In recent years, there is a tendency towards globalization. It does not only bring growth in global economic but international trade. Because of these above, they increase the demand of conveyance. In a completive environment, forwarders integrate unimodal transportation into international multimodal transportation by connecting many main and important routes among countries.This study will show the policy and infrastructure in America, Europe, Japan, China and Taiwan; also, it discusses that forwarders have to consider any causes as they make the strategy in transportation routes. The study uses analysis of the strategic factors, the policy of transportation and trade term, to analyze routes. It will show the in planning of transport routes.
The results of this study are as follows：
1. The forwarders in Taiwan focus their markets in the United States and Europe.
2. The forwarders attempt to provide customers a perfect and complete service that can increase the core competency in the market in order to make a profit from the customers.
