The Incentive & Encouragement Strategy for Worldwide knitting Machinery Industry Agencies / 海外代理商激勵誘因與績效之研究--以針織機械業為例

The goals for for this study is to find out the proper and most preferable incentive & encouragement strategy for worldwide industrial products agents. With these incentive & encouragement strategy, agents would fully devote themselves and lead to the outmost benefits with lowest costs and highest performance. Secondly, this research uses Agency theory to examine the agency problem between manufacture and worldwide agents and attempt to find out the solution for inconsistent goals and apportioned risk between manufacture and agents.
The research studies Taiwan Knitting machinery industries. This study uses Manufacturers at International Textile Machinery Shipment Statistics made by ITMF (International Textile Manufacturers Federation). Mails, e-mail, and fax are used for questionnaire. The results of this research are: to provide financial incentive have positive correlation with two aspects and will increase agent’s working performance, therefore, raise sales volumes and market shares etc., also, administrative incentive have positive correlation with two aspects and would also raise agent’s working performance.
