This research is aimed to discuss the difference and correlation with respect to the consciousness cognition to the organization changes, the service performance satisfaction of state-owned and non-governmental institutions and military organizations and following privatization policies support of the employees who worked for the logistics support units of a professional logistics headquarters and two maintenance and supply groups for special types which is entrusted officially to state-owned and nongovernmental institutions to operate by the Air Force as per Article 22 of the National Defense Act: In order to develop the national defense industries and to promote the development of related industries, the Department of Defense shall entrust its owned intuitions for research, manufacturing and maintenance and its used facilities and equipment to nongovernmental institutions for operation.
In this research, the employees working for the air force logistics support unit are surveyed; sectional quantitative research is adopted; structural questionnaire with respect to consciousness cognition to the organization changes, service performance satisfaction and following policies support used to collect data and statistic method is used to analyze the difference, correlation and explanation prediction ability among dimensions.
The results show that the employees of the air force logistics support unit have a significantly different service performance satisfaction about the state-owned & nongovernmental institutions and the military institutions. The military support institutions have a higher satisfaction. Also there are significant correlation and explanation variation ability between the consciousness cognition to the organization changes, service performance satisfaction and policies support. The consciousness cognition to the organization changes, performance satisfaction to the entrusted intuitions and support to the following state-owned and nongovernmental operated cases by the Air Force showed a positive correlation; while the consciousness cognition to the organization changes, performance satisfaction to the air force logistics unit and support to the following state-owned and nongovernmental operated cases by the Air Force showed a negative correlation. The different service performance satisfaction of the employees of the air force logistics unit shows the privatization policies is proper. So it is showed whoever has a higher satisfaction to the organization changes and privatization will be inclined to satisfy the service performance of the entrusted institutions, on the contrary, who has a lower satisfaction to the organization changes and privatization will be inclined to satisfy the service performance of the air force logistics unit.
