Governing the Taipei Harbor in a Globalizing World: Identifying Some Legal Regimes / 於全球化世界中治理台北港:區分一些與法律相關的「國際(泛)領域暨議題」

碩士 / 銘傳大學 / 國際事務研究所碩士班 / 95 / In order to sustain an ideal development of the Taipei Harbor, this thesis argues that we must first find out the kind of international regimes that are involved, because, due to objective circumstances, cooperation and coordination become indispensable, for the benefit of all.
In addition, an attempt has been made to find out whether some international regimes related to the Port of Singapore can be globalized to the Taipei Harbor. Under international regimes, cooperation and coordination related to the Taipei Harbor will make the Taipei Harbor’s sovereignty irrelevant.
