To let the community be the first line of anri-crime, to esach the goal of “Lien Chiang County is the County of lslands. The environ-ment of secutity and specialty is guite different from Taiwan. The study acse of Fuh-Shin commuity is the major case which located at Nan-Gan Town in Lien-Chian County to study about Lien-Ching Conty’s “sewrity communization “ policy to promote and reflect.goverment’s department,community organization.community policy, to edtablish partmership and keep copoperation with each other; to attempt to escape from polce abminidtration view to check region secwrity sffair,by of checking community security comdition of islands and discess about community security team’s operation experience of.Fuh-Shin nowaday and dilema; to check community policy and regulations (watch and help with each other).organization, how effectively operate community human resource to assist police department. Te deach for different community concretely operation model and outcome of public policy of Lien Chang County.
