An Exploratory Study Of Wharf Steel-Piles Corrosion Factors In Taiwan / 臺灣地區碼頭鋼板樁腐蝕成因之初探

碩士 / 國立中興大學 / 環境工程學系所 / 95 / Steel-made structures such as wharf steel-piles, pipelines, and pull rods are immersed in seawater all years long. They are inevitable from being corrosion attacking. In site inspection need long time people equipment Investment effect economy huge. Because different sea environmental area, depth would be produced different corrosion rate, For reason it makes rapid calculate, by mean of seawater compositions analysis results, (dissolved oxygen, pH values, temperature, chlorine) and so on corrosion rate collect reorganization study statistic correlation. In the study, the object is eight harbors of Taiwan steel-piles thickness and seawater compositions analysis results built estimates the wharf steel-piles corrosion rate and environment factor regression and correlation analyzed .
Results were shown, Findings from correlation analyses indicate significant correlation among U-type, Tube, 0m, 6m corrosion rate and environmental factors. Dissolved oxygen for U-type, Tube, 0m, 6m and pH values for U-type, Tube and chlorine for U-type, Tube, 0m, etc.is all indicate significant correlation. Between pH values and temperature is postive correlation analyses on selected environmental factors. In 0m, 6m of multiple regression equation is confirm to the basic assumpitions. As dissolved oxygen, the corrosion rate were increased in model.
