碩士 / 國立成功大學 / 系統及船舶機電工程學系碩博士班 / 95 / This thesis is based on MATLAB/SIMULINK for simulating proton exchange membrane (PEM) fuel cells for a 2 kW 9-cell stack with an output voltage of 12V-DC to supply to part of loads in autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs). Moreover, an ideal DC-to-DC power converter with a pulse width modulation technique which was modeled by using SIMULINK is used to convert the voltage from 12V to 5V and 24V for supplying to other loads of AUVs. In addition, the effects of loads changes on the output voltage of PEM fuel cells and the output voltage of DC/DC power converters for AUVs are investigated. Finally, the results obtained from the SIMULINK simulation are compared with the results obtained from IsSpice program as well as experimental measurements.
