碩士 / 國立東華大學 / 海洋生物科技研究所 / 95 / This research aims at organotin compounds, butyltins and phenyltins. Sampling at Hsiao-liu-chiu costal area in July and September, 2006 and in January, 2007. The analysis of dissolved organotins in the seawater was conducted by using liquid-liquid extraction with tropolne/n-hexane. The organotins in biota and sediments was analyzed by extraction and separation, then using liquid-liquid extraction with tropolne. All extracts are derivitized with grignard reagent, then using GC-PFPD to analyze.
Recording to the sample with different concentration level, two calibration curves with different concentration range were used (10~50 μg/L and 25~400 μg/L) respectively, and performed good linear relationship ( R2≧0.994, R2≧0.993). Analysis with a reference material (CE 477), the degree of accuracy was from 88.2 to 115% (butyltin). The detection limits for seawater, sediments and biota were from 0.60 to 7.04 ng (Sn)/L, from 0.47 to 4.97 and from 1.75 to 8.71 ng (Sn)/g dry-weight, respectively. The highest recoveries rate can reach 103%.
The total organotin in the seawater, sediment and biota were from ND to 471 ng/L, from 3.58 to 2410 ng (Sn)/g dry-weight and from 118 to 763ng (Sn)/g dry-weight , respectively. In this research, butyltins was detectable in seawater, sediments and biota, but phenyltins was only in seawater of the sampling in July and in September, 2006. The result shows that organotins changes with seasonal variation, whereas the variation of different depth was not obvious. The accumulation of organiotin is mainly in the port-sediments. The bioconcentration factor (BCF) and equilibrium distribution coefficient (logKd) suggested that organiotins can easily accumulate in sediments and in biota.
