Futureless the key of economy resource is “Knowledge”, “Knowledge employee” will be the most important property in the enterprise. Also in the volatile future, who keep track of “Knowledge” will keep of first timing. Therefore, “Knowledge” is the most important key that help enterprise upgrade competition ability.
Military equipments are expensive and acquirement difficultly. Maintenance cost occupied critical position in Lift-cycle management. In requirement of war preparation, reliability must be higher. On account of maintain equipments operational, beside full spare parts and technical supports, integrity maintenance system and repair abilities are necessary condition.
This research is using Knowledge Management duct into military organization. Through paper study, we realized that “organization”,” content of Knowledge”,” Knowledge process”,” information technology” are the critical component of Knowledge Management and innovation. By logic point of view, this research will propose a basic Knowledge Management system architecture. And this research will also propose a suitable military logistic maintenance knowledge management system mode in the enterprise point of view.
