碩士 / 國立高雄第一科技大學 / 運籌管理所 / 95 / Due to the emergence of globalization trade, the services that provided by marine transportation industry are now facing diversify competition. Since Taiwan has become a member of World Trade Organization (WTO), there is an increasing number of outside competitors, hence how to expand service locations effectively, create innovative and more effective services, introduce international logistics services items, and to compete with companies in the same industry with integrated logistics services have become key indicators of the marine transportation industry.
The main purpose of this thesis is to explore the studies regarding the marine transportation operating international logistics. This thesis has coordinated the current development of Taiwanese marine transportation industry via literature review, and has also coordinated the key factors that emphasized by operators when foreign and domestic marine transportation companies developing international logistics. This thesis has gathered the opinions from industry, government and academia, and applied fuzzy delphi method（FDM） to select development strategies. We have obtained five aspects and sixteen evaluation criterions, and combine with fuzzy analytic hierarchy process（FAHP） to obtain the\weight value of strategies. Finally, we have combined the above factors to establish the evaluation framework of the marine transportation industry in introducing international logistics, and wish it may serve as a reference for marine transportation operators.
