A Research of the shopping Street for Hai-an Road in Tainan City / 台南市海安路商店街之研究

First, analyzed the shopping street and the consumer and the Hai-an road shopping street past evolution by the literature discussion way. Next, take the 141 stores on the Hai-an road store street as the object, take the reality observation as the way, in view of the store category, business and the outward appearance carries on the analysis, understand the Hai-an road store street commercial activity present situation. Once more, for understood the Tainan city Hai-an road consumer''s expense behavior, the active space and the knowledge sense, of the environment use the volume as the studies tool, take consumer on the Tainan city Hai-an road as the object, altogether effective sample 131. Finally, after really observation and the questionnaire survey obtained data will carry on the processing analysis. it obtains following result:
First, the category of the Hai-an road shopping street store is catering trade. Most stores begin between 8 to 12 o''clock and take a break time before 22 o''clock.
Second, The advertisements of the Hai-an road shopping street most selected by the red white and pay little attention to in front of the store display window or the commodity arrangement. But the rate of putting chairs in front of the shop is very high.
Third, the rate of the stall keeper in front of the Hai-an road shopping street store is not much. But the question of the parking lot actually is extremely serious.
Fourth,The most consumers of the Hai-an road shopping street are the female. The Occupations of the consumers are most on service industry and student and family management.
Fifth, the satisfaction degree of the consumer to the Hai-an road shopping street is higher in store kind, price, quality, characteristic, post-sale guarantee, transaction convenience, transaction manner and shopping space feeling.
Sixth, the consumer went to the Hai-an road shopping street by car and motorcycle. 40% consumers indicated they would go to the other business area.
Seventh, the consumer thought, it must improve in the transportation order, the environmental sanitation, the public facility of the Hai-an road shopping street.
Eighth, 70% consumers indicated,they went to the Hai-an road with the family member or the friend. The Expense time of the consumer is most between pm.2 to pm.6 and pm.6 to pm.9 .
