碩士 / 國立臺南大學 / 環境生態研究所碩士班 / 95 / The purpose of this research were to explore the marine environmental attitude activity and the cognition of the marine environmental pollution concept. By using two questionnaires which was designed for this research and through the reliability and validity test 1177 subjects, which came from 5th and 6th grade students in 28 schools around Kaohsiung and Pingtung area were selected by using cluster random sampling method.The obtained data were analyzed by T-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson correlation statistics method. The finding were as following:
1. Most students’ marine environmental attitude toward positive, as well as most students’ marine environmental pollution concept toward high cognition.
2. The students’ marine environmental attitudes: there were significant different between city and county , there were significant differences between different grades; there was significant difference between male and female students. there were significant differences between different socioeconomic status. there were significant differences between different experiences with the museum of marine biology .
3. The students’ cognition of marine environmental pollution concept: there were significant differences between different city and county,there were significant differences between different grades; there was significant difference between male and female students. there were significant differences between different socioeconomic status. there were significant differences between different experiences with the museum of marine biology .
4. The correlation between marine environmental attitude and the cognition of marine environmental pollution concept were significant positive. The more positive the marine environmental attitude was, the more accurate the cognition of marine environmental pollution concept was.
