碩士 / 國立臺灣海洋大學 / 商船學系所 / 95 / This study mainly researche the outcomes under the policy of prevailing maritime education for its training courses, necessary equipments, faculty as well as complying with STCW, and the differences of the system for training ship in Taiwan, Japan and Mainland China have been fully studied. This research based upon the review analysis and comparison of bibliographies, periodical, Internet data and scientific literatures in order to analyse the training systems among the above-mentioned countries. The purpose of the study through the analysis and comparision can be used as reference to the training systerm of Taiwan maritime education which the contribution in the future is able to be expected.
