This study focus on the Owner’s liabilities and engagements for Bulk Carriers under Time Charter Party, including clause of Time Charter Party, Cargoes Characteristics, Cargo Stowage Plan, Transportations, Navigational Plan, Documentation of Endorsements, Bill(s) of Lading, Cargo Delivery and Sailing Instructions etc.
Because this aspect actual situation discuss the cultural heritage is rather limited, this research will with the actual situation experience record, analyze above relevant bulk carrier theory Time Charter Party property, and will to the Time Charter for captain to carry out theory contract will suffer and face of the actual situation face a problem, giving and analysis and inquiring into and suggesting.
Finally, expecting the studies would be help who likes to work on the ocean going ships, as well as service in a bulk shipping company’s carefully to sign of Charter Party.
