碩士 / 國立臺灣海洋大學 / 商船學系所 / 95 / Lived in this island country~ Taiwan, people start to pay much attention to marine leisure activity gradually; furthermore, they care about the marine leisure industry. Perhaps, some people did not know Yacht Industry of Taiwan gains a world-wide excellent reputation; however, in fact, this proud Taiwan traditional industry experienced a cold winter in past year. Recently, it was prosperous again and moreover, it also broke the record and had a highest output value in the yacht development history. This research use Qualitative research technique to treat the following points~(1)Yacht Industry Manufacturing Technique of Taiwan (2) Marketing Mode (3) Research, Development and Management (4) Relative Enactments Coordination and (5) Development of Future. Then, construct business model of the yacht industry through interview and data analysis. In manufacturing technique part, FRP glass fiber is the main material in Taiwan at present. But, in the future, aluminum alloy yacht will be a trend in development. In the marketing mode part, besides setting Own Branding & Manufacturing of the yacht manufacturer, they also export the yacht and set authorized dealers. OEM yachts are sold by overseas agency primarily. In the parts of Researches, development and management, focus on the inner decoration craft which is the proud skill of Taiwan yachts manufacture. But, due to lack for the design basic on boat shapes and appearance, there are still many things need to learn. In the part of relative enactments coordination and development of future, the government should constitute perfect yacht laws; moreover, build related facilities and docks. Then, support the potential enterprise of Taiwan, and develop the national marine leisure entertainment.
