Transportation and assignment problem with minimum risk - a case study of petroleum truck / 運輸指派風險最小化之探討以油罐車為例

碩士 / 國立聯合大學 / 防災科技研究所 / 95 / This study is focused on the transportation problem of oil trucks, and seeks for the arrangement of minimum risk. In this study, integer programming is used to describe this problem. All formulated scenarios are solved to provide more clear pictures of this problem. The gasoline is a hazardous material, the transportation of these hazard materials should be considered seriously. This study surveys this transportation and assignment problem, seeks to the optimum operation status with minimum risk. The matching relationships between the gasoline supply center and gasoline service station is represented as binary decision variables. The distances between supply center and service stations, risk resulting from personnels, gasoline types are all included in this model. The transportation modes and gasoline distribution procedures are analyzed. The gasoline service stations serviced by each supply center are solved. The solution provides information about the gasoline transportation arrangement with least accompanied risk.
