It will effectively promotes the passenger service quality and become the necessary requirement to enhance the competitive advantage. In this research, we hope the affiliation by the document mining under the text mining researchs the frequently key words from the massive passenger comments information database. Then,seeking the related historical file according to its inquiry result from the passenger commentsn information database.It makes the customer officer to answer the passenger in a short time, to effective dealing the process for a period of time. In the further, it increases the customer satisfaction to promote the customer service quality.
