The performance impact of business management strategy likes research and development to sales rate. The population of this study uses Taiwan IT industry from year 1999 to year 2005. We use foreign sales to total sales (FSTS) rate and foreign investment to total assets rate as international diversification index. We also separate the foreign investment to total assets rate into China investment to total assets (CITA) and overseas investment to total assets (OITA) rate and use Tobin’s Q (Q) and ROE as long term value and profit performance index. The results are: using only China investment has negative significant impact on Q and ROE. Simultaneously using China and overseas investment has negative significant impact on ROE. FSTS has positive significant impact on Q. OITA has inverse U-shape significant relationship with ROE. Sales amount has positive significant impact on Q and ROE. Long term debt ratio has negative significant impact on Q and ROE. R&D intensity and Q has significant inverse U-shape relationship.
