The localization and globalization getting involved and crash each other to result a blurred relationship in the space and environment where we live within these few years. For the future development of the urban is in this area, and the Regional Advance lead the space in an unrest position. The urban face the problem with Indetermination and this will become an adversity for future development of the urban. In the point of view of the Administration, intend to put the environment into the direction we expect through by intending plan similar to the anticipation in order to face the concept of the Regional Advance & Urban Plan.
The position on public can't lead the current as we expect
The public plan of administration can only speculate from the past experiences, by updating, planning in order to think about the future as we expect. Obviously, many positions on the public can't lead the future tendency as we expect. As the environment & the market are always changing, it will be harder to make plan as future tendency. There are three important effects when we develop the market in Regional Advance, Time, Space and Environment; which means when we plan to arrange regional advance, there are many effects about the society and time, such as economy, space and the culture of regional.
The expert of futurology, John Naisbitt brings up a theory, the only trend without changing in the future is always chaning.
How should we think about the position of plan in order to suit the changing trend in the future, and make it as a key factor?
The imitation case of monopoly
In 1929, the most serious economic crisis happened in U.S history, New York City faced a difficult time in economy, the government & the public don't have exactly solution to solve this problem. There were some students & teachers who study economy, intended to imitate the phenomenon of economic, to calculate in order to levy a tax and establish a new monopoly which we can think of the economy and for real environment by doing experience base on economic structure. It's not only founding a way to imitate for unknown era of economy in New York City, but also brought a new turning point of the future.
Development of imitation games & a platform of events about the Regional Advance
As there many certain effects about the future, will there be possible method to assist when global & local interlace each other and bring some influences for the urban & regional advance. Through this special property of this method to put in used in every range, and to set up the theme for a target which we care about in order to discuss a little bit the indetermination of the regional advance of the future.
From above description of the experiment, to think a method with neutral and impersonal media & object of experiment so that can offer a way for everyone when they have problem with uncertain effects in environment. Meanwhile, by using the way of play to join the game, to imitate the character for the theme of the moment & the future in order to find the real position, the event of urban?etc, and think about the issue of regional advance so that can bring some ways to arrange some adjustment for the future. Which means, trying to develop those effects of the real urban and make them as a game same as imitation. In the process of the game, also reflect to real world and find a platform which can be discussed, by joining & imitating the game to develop the manipulation of the experiment for regional advance.
From above point of view, the description of the experiment, we focus on regional advance of administration, to combine regional advance, similar, and game these 3 effects in order to recover the shortage of the traditional thinking & plan and support the public plan. To proceed the problem of environment. Not only find a key point of the future problem, but also find a tactic can be more close the reality for uncertain future.
