碩士 / 真理大學 / 管理科學研究所 / 96 / Many expert reports and evidence indicate that the global warming and climate change situation has been getting worse recently. The aggravating environment influences economic development. As many countries and peoples are aware of this situation and try to make any effective improvements in order to saving the earth, environmental protection has thus become an important and global issue as a consequence. It has forced corporate entities to consider and proceed with protection of the environment as well.
Traditionally, corporate bodies think that any effort at environmental protection will increase its operating expense. Moreover, corporations don't know how to balance environment protection and cost control, which affects and limits corporate investment in environment protection.
This paper presents the Eco-efficiency and the TRIZ methodologies such as Contradiction Matrix, Substance-field Analysis and Ideal Final Result to construct a systematic and effective model. Through the model, corporations can put forward an ideal selection and study an appropriate solution, then acquire following efforts when proceeding to implement environment protection improvement:
1. Lesser operation expense
2. Increasing the product/service value
3. Reducing environmental impact
A case study is demonstrated by a Civil Air Transport Enterprise. Successful examples have indicated that the model is helpful and effective for advancing corporate Eco-efficiency and business continuity.
