碩士 / 國立中正大學 / 運動與休閒教育所 / 96 / Purpose: The discussion of heart rate control (HRC) by different intensity (80%、65% and 50%), its obtains intensity variable by heart rate control (IVHRC) appraisal competitive rowers on the Concept II rowing ergometer 2000m indoor rowing performance the feasibility, confirms the optimum HRC prediction pattern. Methods: There were 16 competitive rowers as subjects [7 male and 9 female rowers, age 18.9 (2.08) yrs, height 167.7 (7.83) cm, weight 63.1 (8.16) kg, to delimit ship training 4.8 (2.08) yrs], after the counter-balance principle, accepts on rowing ergometer (100 watts to start, every 2 minutes increase 25 watts, until failure) to measure maximal oxygen uptake (VO2max) and peak power output (Wpeak) examination, and 2000m rowing sprint (2000max), As well as different intensity 2000m HRmax examines two times, and picks up 500, 1,000, 1,500 and the 2000m time in the examination, carries on IV calculation. Results: After Pearson product-moment correlation and the Repeated measure ANOVA analysis result, HRC and IVHRC reliability coefficient was 0.89~0.98 (p< .05). HRC of the different intensity, distance, as well as each IVHRC were significantly correlated with VO2max, Wpeak and 2000m indoor rowing performance (r= 0.54~ 0.90, -0.55~ -0.87, p< .05), HRC and IVHRC of three intensities all can assess the athlete's rowing performance effectively. HRC and IVHRC of different intensity with each index to a stepwise regression analysis, it produced two individual critical concept models as following to predict 2000 indoor rowing performance: 2000max= 1.273 × 80%HRC 1000m (s) - 39.473 × IVHRC50% (m/s) + 225.267, (R2= 0.89, SEE= 11.89s, p< .05). Conclusion: It is feasible that HRC and IVHRC can assess rower in indoor rowing performance of rowing ergometer accurately.
