The Design of Collaborative Commerce for Ocean Carrier / 海運航商的協同商務設計之研究

碩士 / 長庚大學 / 資訊管理研究所 / 96 / For ocean carrier and the correlating industries, in addition to various forms of collaborative commerce which launched for the business requirements between industries, from the past, customs clearance automation, to the recent two years, trade facilitation, as well as facing the future WCO(World Customs Organization), who impelled The UCR(Unique Consignment Reference) standard, which went through the custom declaration system and the AEO(Authorized Economic Operator) authentication. When confronting these changes, the biggest challenge for the enterprise itself is how does the enterprise's information system deal with the demand of collaborative commerce.
Based on responding to the question mentioned above, this research quoted the concept of BCF(Business Collaboration Framework) and the UMM (UN/CEFACT’s Modeling Methodology) from UN/CEFACT (United Nations Centre for Trade Facilitation and Electronic Business) to construct internal business collaboration demand of the marine transportation shipping merchants to promote the flexibility of shipping merchants enterprise information system in order to meet the demand of the collaborative commerce.
This research analyzed four major business collaboration demands from the business procedure of export trading in shipping business. Then utilize the viewpoint of the business requirement and business transaction to construct the information standard model and the business collaboration pattern from ocean carrier. Finally, through the application and analysis, it was discovered that this method certainly could promote the collaboration ability of the information system of ocean carrier.
