The research of factors and strategies for the pipejacking construction of sewer system / 污水下水道推進工程施工影響因子之探討及因應對策之研究

碩士 / 中華大學 / 營建管理研究所 / 96 / Due to narrower land space, dense population and complicated underground embedment in Taiwan Area, the underground pipelines are mostly installed by Small Pipe Launching Method to improve the impact of the Open Cut Method to the traffic. During the process of the Launching Method, it is frequently seen that the estimated progress could not be achieved by actual work.
Currently, relevant literature only proposed actions and solutions for similar engineering problems but didn’t investigate the historical engineering case of the same conditions. The purpose of this Research is to look into the progress control elements in the same type of launching method for use as a reference for controlling the work progress in the future sewage system launching project.
In this Research, the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Case Study Method are used, from which three main factors affecting the work progress were obtained: “Encountering of Underground Barriers”, “Uneven Ground Softness/Hardness”, and “Improper Construction Management”. In the “Encountering of Underground Barriers” aspect, the most significant influence is from the construction waste; in the “Uneven Ground Softness/Hardness” aspect, from the change of ground conditions; and in the “Improper Construction Management” aspect, from the control of mud flow conveyed and discharged by the launching construction machine. Among the above-said affecting factors, the “Uneven Ground Softness/Hardness” and “Encountering of Underground Barriers” are the difficulties that will be frequently encountered in the launching method of each sewage system; and the “Improper Construction Management” has played a decisive key role. In addition, apart from taking account of control of mud flow conveyed and discharged by the launching construction method (construction skills) and the maintenance and replacing speed of launching construction machine (construction machine), the third element, i.e. the team organized by professional engineers (construction team) should also be considered so as to effectively control the impact to the construction time caused by Improper Construction Management
