The optimum design on flow distribution in round manifolds using venturi-type tube connected with internally-spirally-finned tubes / 冷凍系統內文氏管連結具內微鰭螺旋管分配器之流動分配最佳化之設計研究

碩士 / 正修科技大學 / 機電工程研究所 / 96 / The present research designed and presented the experimental information on two-phase flow distribution of refrigerant R-134a in 11 round-horizontal manifolds of compact heat exchanger using the Venturi-type tube connected with the smooth tube, internally-spirally micro-finned tube within three different inserts (twined coil, twisted tape and wire coil) and without insert. The tests were run at the saturation temperature of 25℃, mass flux of 200-700 kg/m2s and 5 different test tubes. It was found that the Venturi tube connected with the internally-spirally micro-finned tube within the twined coil insert got the best two-phase flow distribution, followed by the twisted tape insert, the wire coil insert, without insert, and smooth tube, respectively.
