碩士 / 清雲科技大學 / 經營管理研究所 / 96 / In order to simplify its organization, personnel, and accelerate the speed of Customs clearance, Taiwan’s Customs authorities started promote autonomous management scheme. Under such a scheme, Customs Offices will step back to second line acting the roles of monitoring and auditing. Since the global economics has changed rapidly in recent years, Sea Cargo Conveyancer, which apply to implement autonomous management scheme, are allowed to run their depots 24 hours a day and will have certain benefits and upgrade their competitiveness. This research analyzes the reasons of adopting autonomous management scheme, and the benefit after adopting such a scheme. It aims to provide suggestions both to Customs Office and Sea Cargo Conveyancer.
