A Feasibility Study of Biological Phosphorus Removal of Wastewater in a High-Tech Industrial Park / 高科技產業園區廢水生物除磷特性之研究

碩士 / 朝陽科技大學 / 環境工程與管理系碩士班 / 96 / The purpose of this research is to investigate the biological inhibition and biological phosphorus removal characteristic of wastewater in high-Tech industry park. From experimental result, high-Tech industry park wastewater carry out a slight biological inhibition.
The biological phosphorus removal of experiments test three kinds of carbon sources (sodium acetic acid, glucose and supernatant digested of waste sludge).Experimental result reveals that phosphorus removal is higher than 90% under three kinds of carbon sources addition.
Experimented results infer that after addition carbon source( sodium acetate acid), even in anaerobic condition doesn’t have obvious phosphorus release, The phosphorous uptake behavior in aerobic condition does not affect. We also find that no relationship between specific substrate utilization rates and initial specific phosphorus release rates in anaerobic condition. The results suggest that the consuming of carbon source does not only phosphorus accumulate organisms but also include other factors.
The best phosphorus remove efficiency is under COD/P ratios of 20:1 - 25:1.The different carbon source demonstrate different behavior in anaerobic condition and aerobic condition for release or uptake phosphorus. In other word, although no obvious phosphates release in anaerobic condition, but it didn’t affect phosphates uptake in aerobic condition. Therefore, in biological phosphates process, it is an important factor of add carbon source for phosphorus removal in high-Tech industry park wastewater.
