The purpose of this study is to understand Inhabitant’s Perceived Benefits and Identification on the Support of festival event and causal relation. for this reason the research range is Penghu firework festival is one of the example causal relation, This study use stratifies sampling method, take 20 years old of people and above as research sample each household a sample unit. Total of 430 questionnaires were released and deduced 30 nullify questionnaires; 400 valid questionnaires were return, and the effective returns-ratio was 93.02% in this survey. for item analysis, Descriptive statistical, dependent-sample t test, one-way ANOVA and regression analysis were utilized for data analysis. The results are summarized as follows:
1. local inhabitants’ grant Penghu firework festival towards the high effective impact of tourism development benefits, Overall the more positive benefits perceptions for Penghu firework festival.
2. local inhabitants'' attitude is average on Cognition of Penghu firework festival, the degree of higher Perceived, The following were in order to participation behavior and emotions approval.
3.The level of support that the Penghu local inhabitants’ would like to give while the activities are held is that the invisible extent is higher than the visible extent.
4.local inhabitants'' toward exhibit Penghu firework festival benefits perception Impacts Identification.

According to the above results of this study, This study suggests that for the reference of festival activity organizers canal activity previously planning Strengthening activity and local culture to be linked, and Nonprofit Organization into overall planning operate work, government departments and Nonprofit Organization to build up the partnership, together to make preparations of festival activity, develop to become regular activities, which to create wholeness benefits.
