碩士 / 華梵大學 / 資訊管理學系碩士班 / 96 / In recent years, most logistic companies or enterprises decide to adopt mobility, since it can provide with many attractive benefit such as integrating the resources, reducing the cost, and improving organizational competencies. The greatest challenge happens to employees and enterprises into their mobile logistic system. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to establish a DEA model, which can use to evaluate or understand the overall performance when the superintendent of the logistic companies or enterprises to implement the mobile logistic system. It is accordance with the characteristics of logistic and warehouse systems to estimate the knowledge management performance about the PDA mobile system effectively. An automobile industry is represented as our individual case study. The proposed model use the interior organization, the characters of the further procedure, the statement of operating procedure, the accessing technology equipments, the enterprise knowledge, the response time, the attitude of the services, the professional ability, the execute time, and the quality of the service to construct the study input and the performance indicators. We also assume the triple relations among the business knowledge management, information technology equipments and organizations. According to the interview report, we can be aware that the qualifications of previous procedure and the mobile facilities, as the outputting field can be influenced by the quantity, the time remaining, the amount of employees, the number of picking-up goods, the checking and the accepting, as the five inputting field. The final result shows that: (1) The performance of mobile logistic system will be influenced by of the know-how knowledge about the business applications, the number of the training staffs, and the technology equipments. (2) It will enhance the mobile logistic performance corresponding with the know-how knowledge value, such as the ways to install and to upgrade the know-how knowledge on the PDA devices and apply or share on the enterprise. (3) How to accommodate M business requirement for reference and correspond with the operating of the organization, for excellent performance. We have a strongly conclusion that the higher add-value knowledge management performance leads to the higher organizational performance. The results of the research offer both logistics companies to change operation directions and scholars suggestions for future research.
