Complete the analysis and depth interview and compile, the research object experiences the retrenchment of the significant degree, during organizing change policy performance process, occurrence such as “Quit to incline to heat up”, “Lost the technique”, operate for the organization produce disadvantageous phenomenon and the problem, but very the majority thinks, make use of the process reengineering, would promote the whole work for the unit, but the appropriate programming integration is a supplementary opinion, just unlikely the process of the retrenchment is too rush, the operate for the organization produce the disadvantageous of research.
Through this research detection, although the organization change will produce “Quit to incline to heat up” and “man-hour reduces…Etc.” the condition of the disadvantageous organization operation, but, can be promoted the effect by the change current condition, found the innovation or improvement the method that resource usage, can improve the work performance, through depth interview found, practicing the e engineering, the profession integrates, the energy development, can promote the work performance. Therefore, we can prove that, between organizations changed, process reengineering and performance, cause and effect relation is established.
No matter what kind of research, should have the shortage necessarily, at this, put forward the following suggestion, the part of the “Organization change”, should appropriate setting personnel to avoid the operation difficult and techniques run off; the part of “Process reengineering ”, should prepare budget to improve the e engineering environment, purchase the full-automatic equipment, reduce personnel’s expense; the part of “Performance”, the dissimilarity work should have the different calculation method, just would not cause the data mistake.
