Owner's responsibility of domestic relevant two sides' shipping exercises restraint in relatively studying at present, mostly regard the continent and maritime law of our country as the comparative foundation, complement it with the regulation of relevant international conventions.

It is a reason, traditional shipping owner's responsibility was limited, the enough shipping owner's responsibility which has met today has limited the concept yet.
