碩士 / 開南大學 / 物流與航運管理學系 / 96 / In order to enhance its competitiveness, the Taipei Port adopts the model of landlord port. Under this model, Taipei Port plays a role of manager. Its mission is to construct the port infrastructure such as breakwater and fairway. the remaining operational facilities and business operation such as the construction of wharf and warehouse, stevedoring, mooring and unmooring tugboats services are authorized to the private sectors. This study explores the factors affecting the operational efficiency of tugboats in Taipei Port. In addition, the importance and satisfaction on the operational efficiency of tugboats in Taipei Port shall be analyzed by an inquiry using a five-point of Likert scale.
