It will cause on the energy supplies to be indefinite and creates the domestic energy price and the economic atmosphere has the fluctuation. Taiwan is an island country, from produces the fossil energy extremely deficient, some 98.3% admire the import energy, because however Taiwan itself belongs to the monsoon climatic region country, itself has contained the quite rich the wind power resources, particularly the western coastal
wind power is strong, very suitable to develop on-shore and the off-shore wind power generation. Base this, this research discusses potential of appraisal Taiwan disembark wind power generation.
