Since information technology and the Internet applications, it in particular has reinforced the relevance of e-Learning. Under the circumstances, the e-learning industry is growing and raising attention. Therefore, how to succesfully evaluate an e-Learning system turn out to be essential.
Research has been focused on the training systems from an inside perspective, without taking into account the vendors of the digital traning systems. However this study, instead, takes a differente approach trying to apply a specific methodology to succesfully evaluate the vendors of digital learning system.
This study, in addition to the basic literature review, uses a case study to develop a hierarchical structure and the conclusions on how to evaluate e-learning platform applying fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) and questionary. The results of determining the best vendor using FAHP were compared with the traditional method used by the company. The conclusions show that the proposed method is consistent with the current one.
