碩士 / 國防管理學院 / 國防決策科學研究所 / 96 / In the western Taiwan, homeland defense operations are carried out in 3 areas of operation. The main ground forces in each area of operation include coastal defense brigades and area strike forces. How can we effectively allocate such downsizing streamlining forces raises a lot of attention in the community. This study is attempting to build an analytical model based on a scenario in accordance with dynamic threat evaluation of Military Operations Research and the concept of dynamic programming as an approach to the deployment of coastal defense forces issues. This study shows that the deployment of coastal defense brigades can be evaluated with Quantified Judgement Method Analysis. According to the data presented in the example, the homeland could be secured when proper deployment of given forces are made.
