碩士 / 國立高雄海洋科技大學 / 航運管理研究所 / 97 / The study focuses on the relationship between the ability of the Sea/Air Service providers and the effectiveness of its performance via Correlation Analysis. Surveys were conducted to the sea/air service providers in Taiwan, the target population in this study, and 108 effective samples were collected. After factor analysis, my study further breaks down the capabilities of the sea/air service providers into two factors: client management and resource management. Performance effectiveness was then also broken into operation effectiveness and logistic effectiveness.
Through Correlation analysis, I concluded that relationships exist between client’s management ability and its operation effectiveness, and between resource management and logistic effectiveness. The results of my study are used to make recommendations relating corporate management.
