碩士 / 國立高雄海洋科技大學 / 輪機工程研究所 / 96 / The paper is about Distributed Control System (DCS) which can be used in marine engineering system. The Human Machine Interface (HMI) system with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and integration are included in this system. Temperature signals are detected by sensors and then transferred to PLC via analog/digital equipments. After logistic calculation, all the data are used for output commend and control. The procedure is clearly monitored in the HMI.
In this research, a simulator of marine engineering main engine control system is built by integrating PLC, HMI, main engine fuel control system and temperature detected equipments.
From the experimental results of DCS, the marine engineering integrate system can be used to marine engineering main engine control system for motor vessel. Meanwhile, the PLC program which is created and compiled for this system is confirmed as a valuable program for the marine engine control system.
