The Study of Yacht's Motions Represented by Using Neural Network / 以類神經網路重現動力小艇運動之研究

碩士 / 國立高雄海洋科技大學 / 輪機工程研究所 / 96 / In this study, the neural network based represented model of wave induced yacht’s motion is investigated. The six degrees of freedom, describes the motion of the ship floating in waves namely, heave, pitch, roll, surge, sway and yaw. During sailing, the sea-sickness is the main reason to quit the job for seaman. One of the major reasons of this study is represented the wave induce ship motion to trains the fresh seaman that is very useful for marine education. On the other hand, the proposed represented model proves a tool to forecast ship motion signal that can support the controller design scheme to increase the safety of navigation. The real case data obtained by measurement of the yachts to proves the training database for neural network. Compare the trained model and test results that the neural base represented model is highly match of the trend of real case situations of ship’s motion. We firmly believe that the proposed methodology and results in this study can proves the ship handing simulator or motion platform to represents the dynamic of ship’s motion.
