The enterprises are able to control the demands which were from customers and to satisfy their requirements easily by computer science.
It’s not always easy to handle the customer relationship management and information exchange matters for traditional shipping agency company. The problem may not so obvious if customers were in Asia, because the time differences is acceptable, people still can communicate each other during their office hours even they are in different country, but the situation will be different completely if customer were in Europe or America. Under this situation, business might has some troubles if customers were unable to contact with the person in charge or left business information easily.
This system are developing based on Multi-Tier construction on internet, customers can store any useful ,important information into enterprise database or get any useful information such as ship’s ETA, berthing schedule, loading schedule and so on with friendly user interface through internet without to worry about message lost or delay just like email system does.
