碩士 / 國立屏東科技大學 / 農企業管理系所 / 96 / Organizing a festival activity has become a new occasion for marketing local industry these years that could not only increase the foreign exchange and national income, expand employment, integrate industries of each level, increase taxation for the local government, but also gain other non-substantial mileages such as leading the local government to develop civil diplomacy, building up amicable friendship with other countries and enhancing the national image. Therefore, based on the important factor of the influences from residents’ attitudes and behaviors to such kind of activities and the local culture shaped by their identification as well as creation, the festival would get more and more activated and the local community would get various benefits from the activities. This research would take Pingtung BlueFin Tuna Cultural Festival for example, and based on the theory of social-exchange to testify the sequential connections between the variables such as attitudes, commitment, cohesion and support. After imposed the questionnaires on the residents and dealers in Dong-gang Township, there were 300 effective samples retrieved, and then the author used difference analysis by SPSS10.0 software package to figure out the demographic variables and the differentiation between the variables of attitudes as well as supports of the residents and dealers. The holistic conclusion of the research are as follows：
1.Almost all the interviewees entertain positive attitudes to Pingtung BlueFin Tuna Cultural Festival. 2.They value most the economic development Pingtung BlueFin Tuna Cultural Festival could bring. 3.The residents who are interviewed also pay quite attention to the negative impacts for the living environment Pingtung BlueFin Tuna Cultural Festival might cause. 4.Among the interviewees, the residents and the dealers have held different attitudes and degrees of participation in Pingtung BlueFin Tuna Cultural Festival. 5.All the interviewees hold high expectation for the organizers. The author has presented some relevant suggestions based on above attestations to the organizers for reference.
