碩士 / 國立臺灣海洋大學 / 水產養殖學系 / 96 / This research study in the tissue accumulation and non-specific immune response of White shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) exposed to different dose of Pb solution for 10 days, was analysed the concentration of Pb in the hepatopancreas, hemolymph, muscle, and measured in terms total heamocyte count (THC), superoxide anion (O2-) production ratio, phenoloxidase activity (PO), and biological factors. Results showed the hepatopancreas Pb accumulation were greater than hemolymph and muscle, and the lowest concentration of in Pb were in the muscle. In addition, all tissue accumulation increased as the experiment concentration of Pb and exposed time increased. But the O2- production ratio were decrease when the experiment concentration of Pb increased, besides, the shrimp exposed to 1600 μl/l for 5 days ,the O2- production ratio was the lowest. There was also a decrease in the PO activity when the experiment concentration of Pb increased, and the shrimp exposed to 1600 μl/l for 10 days, the PO activity was the lowest. The results also showed the glutamate oxalacetate transaminase (GOT) and Glutamate pyruvate transaminase (GPT) in the lymph were all increasd for different experiment concentration, and the GOT increased as the experiment concentration for three groups, A (control and 200 μl/l)、B (400、600、800 μl/l)、C ( 1000、1200、1400、1600 μl/l ) increased; even GPT were increased as the experiment concentration for four groups, A (control)、B (200、400 μl/l)、C (600、800、1000 μl/l)、D (1200、1400、1600 μl/l) increased. At the same time, the results of glucose were increased between the experiment, but there are not significantly different among treatments in TP、CHOL、TG .
