碩士 / 國立臺灣海洋大學 / 水產養殖學系 / 96 / This research is to investigate the cost and return of cobia cage farming in China and Vietnam. As a result, suggestions may be proposed to improve the business efficiency in Taiwan.
One factor cobia farming location was studied to estimate their effects on farming efficiency. A field survey was therefore conducted to collect the required data. The MANOVA results indicated that farming location had significant effects on the cost of benefit and productivity. However, cost of production was not significantly differences. Additionally, feed covers the major cost was cobia cage farming based from the Principal Components analysis and Discriminant Function analysis.
