碩士 / 國立臺灣海洋大學 / 河海工程學系 / 96 / Sewerage system is one of the most important infrastructures of advanced countries,but ours falls behind more than other advanced countries.In the recently,the central government gives a lot of sewerage allowance to the local government and gets it moving actively:The percentage of population served by sewerage system in Taipei has arrived at 85% since 1975.But there are many problem about structions and functions,damages and low capacity,because of being short of building experience and technology and design in the initial stage.The scheme should be assessed effectively.The pipes are improved and renewed soon if they are out of work in order to maintain this function of carrying polluted water to a sewerage farm.Besides,it can keep clean of environment and the quality of rivers and good for all people.
This study is about the sewerage system in Taipei:to improve and renew all old ones and some of falling out of use.The content shows increasing lateral sewers,modulating area of the collectable sewerage,burying renewed pipes in former address and others,which discuss about the property,the advantage and drawback,the opportunity, the building code methods and the period.The scheme is showing by SWOT and renewed cases to be compare with when other deparments.
