碩士 / 國立臺灣海洋大學 / 航運管理學系 / 96 / ABSTRACT

For increasing the capabilities of competition and productivity, container terminal operators have been utilizing the RFID in affairs of terminal at the gate、yard and ship side, to update the dynamic information of container in time by automatic identification and wireless transmission. The aim of this paper is to build up a research model for study the degree of adoption of RFID for container terminal operators by an extended technology acceptance model (TAM) to identify the critical factors. The finding indicates that more positive attitude towards of RFID for container terminal operators will positively influence the use intention. Also, the finding indicates that more positive safety towards of RFID for container terminal operators will effect more advantage adoption to the influence use intention. In the meantime, we found that more usefulness attitude towards of RFID for container terminal operators will effect more advantage adoption to influence attitude intention. Similar, more positive reliability of RFID for container terminal operators will positively influence the attitude toward. However, the effects of easy use、cost and safety on attitude toward the RFID were not supported in this study.
