Study of Visitors' Satisfaction with a Recreational Harbor—Yong-an Fishing Harbor as a Case Study / 休閒漁港遊客遊憩滿意度之研究-以桃園永安漁港為例

碩士 / 國立臺灣海洋大學 / 環境生物與漁業科學學系 / 96 / Taiwan is surrounded by sea, the view of her coast and marine is beautiful. In order to develop the marine fishery, about 230 fishing harbors were built before. Because of the limit of marine productivity and the change of environment, the management of marine fishery became difficult gradually, and the fishing harbor were scanty of utilization. Therefore, multi-functional fishing harbor is becoming the new trend.
Yong-An fishing harbor was selected to be the study site. This study focused on visitors' motivation and pre-trip expectation and on-site experience investigation by way of questionnaire interview. Totally 396 effective questionnaires were accomplished. Data were processed by descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, T-test, ANOVA, importance-performance analysis (IPA), and regression analysis.
1. Touists of Yong-An fishing harbor were mostly man, married, 21-40 years old, salariat, inhabited in northern Taiwan, junior college degree.
2. Depending on factor analysis, items of visitors' motivation can be divided into “enjoy nature and experience culture“, “far away from the same daily life and relax“, “Curious to the reputation and taste sea food” and “take part in social activity and promote the emotion”.
3. Depending on factor analysis, items of visitors' pre-trip expectation can be divided into four factors: “public facility planning and build “, “natural landscape and cultural custom“, “recreation space and quality” and “management and Information service”.
4. Depending on factor analysis, items of visitors' on-site experience can be divided into“local product and service quality on food “,“Convenient facility and planning “,“recreation space and quality”, “experience landscape and Information service” and “Safe facility and management”.
5. By using multiple regression, “local product and service quality on food “, “Space Planning “, and, “experience landscape and Information service” are the important factors that positively affect the visitor’s willing to revisit.
